Yeah so, All of the characters above at male. Just thought you should know.

Anyway, I'm wanting a male Canine anthro character, but I want him to be shaped like actual dog. Want to help me pick one?

Top row: (left to right) Saluki or maybe a Afghan Hound...Not sure, Cocker Spaniel (don't pick him, I dislike him already..), Koolie (Dislike him too XD ), Great dane.
Bottom row: Pit bull, Fox hound, Red Doberman W/O cropped ears cause it's cruel.

I'll get to coloring this a bit later.. |D
Possiblely add more dogs...

Very nice anthros's ^^, and when you said that dobermans with cropped ears are 'cruel' i dont believe thats exactly true, and of course everyone has a opinion, although i do understand what your saying and that it must be painful for the dog. I know quite a bit about dobermans and have read up, and they actually say that if the ears are cropped it is better for thier sound localization and prevents ear infections because it allows ears to have a better airflow. Since floppy ears tend to trap the air, and can cause ear infections more often that cropped eared dogs. I know i'm sounding like a know it all, but i found that i had to comment.

It's cool, just other's opinion.
I just don't like it cause I know someone who had a doberman and cropped the ears, and it got all infected and pretty much more of the ear had to get cut off to avoid more infection.

I see yes. It can happen sometimes, it just varies on the dog, and how/ or who its ears were done by. Also they must be done when the dog is a puppy. but i do understand where your coming from.
